Equestrian Australia - Strategic Review and Reform

Having achieved much in terms of rebuilding the essential foundations for future growth and success for EA, we are now very pleased to provide the attached overview of our next big step forward – our review of EA’s strategy and the development of our plan for reform. 

 The review/reform process will involve extensive consultation with a wide range of stakeholders including phases for communication of the planned activity; gathering feedback (giving members and key stakeholders the opportunity to contribute); collaboration through the EA Strategic Forum; evaluation and developing new strategic and transformation plans; and implementation. The review/reform process will be steered by a small working group which will function as a sub-committee of the EA Board and include representatives of the various stakeholder groups.
