Dressage New South Wales Incorporated (ABN 60 002 688 851) (DNSW) is convening an Extraordinary General Meeting of members to be held on Monday 7 November 2022 at 7:00pm (AEDST) (Meeting).

In accordance with s37(s) of the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (NSW) (Act), members will have the opportunity to attend the meeting remotely via Zoom or other video/teleconference technology.

If you wish to join the meeting you must register in advance and a link to join the meeting will be provided prior to the meeting.

1.            Opening and announcements

2.            Open discussion regarding DNSW’s current and future use of the facilities at the Clarendon Showground

EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM

The purpose of the meeting is for members to ask questions of the DNSW Executive and the DNSW Committee in relation to the DNSW’s current and future use of the facilities at the Hawkesbury Showground. To enable a productive meeting, members are invited to submit questions prior to the meeting.

An independent mediator may be present at the meeting to assist with ensuring that the discussion is both respectful and productive. Disrespectful behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and any member acting in this manner will be asked to leave.
