Para Equestrian under national rules in Australia now comes under the banner of Dressage, and has its own chapter in the National Sport Rules for Dressage, Section 13. National Para Equestrian Dressage Tests (EA PE Tests) have been developed for use at PE and Dressage competitions from 2013.
FACT SHEET – Running FEI and EA Para Equestrian (PE) competitions at Dressage Events Running Para Equestrian FEI and EA classes at Dressage Club competition can be easily achieved. It is the future plan for Para Equestrian to become fully integrated with able-bodied dressage and the first step to achieving this is to have them competing side by side at local events.
